FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How to Contact?Email is the primary form of contact. Phone calls would need to be scheduled in advance via email. In person meetings are scheduled once full service event is booked. Otherwise contact will be via email only. Email responses will be within 24 hours. If email is sent over the weekend, response will be during the following week.

Is a deposit required?Yes. A non-refundable 50% deposit is due at time of booking to secure date or before any work begins. Balance must be paid 3 weeks before event. Once invoice is sent, it will expire in 48 hours.

Do you offer payment plans?We do offer payment plans once non-refundable deposit is made. Balance must be paid in full 3 weeks before event.

Do you charge a RUSH FEE?Any events or items ordered within 3 weeks of requested date are subject to a rush fee. ($350/event, $75/favor orders)

How to Book an EventBook by completing the Contact form. Please include Name, date, occasion, theme/colors, number of guests. Once inquiry form is completed, a quote will be sent to you. If decision to move forward is made an invoice will be sent. Invoice will expire in 48 hours and be cancelled if no deposit is made. If a new invoice has to be created, a $25 rebooking fee will be added to new invoice.
